Out-of-Network Billing Information
I am not in-network with any insurance providers. However, if your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of therapy fees.
I can provide you with a “superbill”—a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company typically requires for reimbursement.
To better understand your potential out-of-network coverage, I recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?
What is my out-of-network deductible?
How much of it have I met?
Is there a limit to the number of therapy sessions covered?
Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and all payments are due at the time of service. You are responsible for submitting claims to your insurance provider directly.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who without insurance (or who aren’t using insurance) an estimate. This estimate is for the expected charges for medical services, including therapy and counseling services.
Therefore, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. This is not a contract.
As a result, you have the option to ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. In this case, make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
